    BILAN POSITIF A GISENYI

     
    Bonjour Maman Chantal,
    On a toujour un local,qui est utilise par deux classe,une avant midi, lautre apres midi,
    Mais il faut les arterner.
    ca avance tres bien,selon les parents et les entourages, on a une bonne reputation et recommendations.
    Apropos l'evolution des enfants,selon les parents ils disent que les enfants sont a bonne qualite de l'education car notre methode montessorie qui est presque nouvelle au Rwanda sont surpris de tous ce que leurs enfant font eux meme ( se laves,s'habiller arranger ses choses,...)
     
    #Education;les enfants sont capables dde differancier les couleurs,compter,arranger du petit au grand,recitations,chansons,prieres,...
     
    #Morale ;les enfants sont content d'etre a l'ecole ils veulent meme pas quitter l'ecole a la fin de la journee,parce que les professeurs les traitent bien,ils les prennent comme leurs parents,et les professeurs aussi,les prennent comme leurs enfants.
     
    #Parents; Tous les parents sont content de l'ecole ils veulent meme mettre les contributions pour avoir les materiaux scolaire
    Parexemple;Ils ont achetes des tableaux,les seaux,les gobelets,jericans,Ils amenent les livres a l'ecole et ils viennent visiter l'ecole.
     
    #Professeurs; En general,tous les professeurs sont en cours,ils respectent l'horaire,faire la preparation,chercher les materiaux didactiques pour leurs lecons,ils suivent bien  les eleves avec la  commite des parents ont bonnes recommendations.
     
    SITUATION DE L'ECOLE

    L'ecole va bien et aussi propre,les batiments sont toujours bons comme avant,sauf que le proprietaire vouler louer une local,on a exprique que on va l'utiliser en Janvier pour l'ecole primaire,il a accepte mais dit que on dois payer trois mois, trois mois.

     
    INSCRIPTION DE PRIMAIRE
     
    Provisoirement,on a 20 enfants qui veulent venir et 16 enfants qu'on a dans notre maternel.
    Je vais passer la communique dans tous les eglises pour dire que il y aura primaire a partir de Janvier pour augmenter les inscriptions.
    DIFFICULITES
    1. On a toujours les difficultes sur les materiels didactiques,
    2. vous savez bien que ici on est comme autonome,mais il y a le moment ou on arrive a la fin du mois que au compter il n'ya pas assez d'argent pour payer les salaires,ca peut causer le retard du paiement des salaires,
    SOUHAITS
     
    Si on trouve une parcelle, qu'on construis notre ecole,ca va etre mieux de plus.

    LES NOUVELLES

    • Je voulais aller deposer une lettre au secteur pour les informer qu'oon aura l'ecole primaire l'anne prochain
    • On a la reunion le 14/10 2014 avec les parents pour preparer la fin d'annee
    • On voulait proposer au parents,si possible que on peut faire une promenade avec leurs enfants,l'objectif pour faire la connaissance de l'ecole aux environnements,je vais vous dire la decision prise.
